Could liquid smoke be used to reduce smell in the air coming from coffee roasting factory in residential area?

If so, how would this work?

If not, any other suggestions for dealing with this problem?
Liquid smoke has been used to reduce the smell in rubber plantations.
As for people not liking the smell, this is industrial coffee production from raw beans, the smell is nothing like as pleasant as the smell you get when making a cup of coffee at home.

No. Adding additional scents to the air does not take any out of it.

That is the reason that aerosol room deodorizers don’t work. They merely add a pleasant scent to help you ignore the bad ones.
