I’m doing some roasting and was wondering if there are any good roast blends that people have experience with, and if so what are they and could you describe them (80:20 dark/light or whatever)?

Admin Coffee Beans…?
May 2nd, 2010 Admin My hubby insists that strong tasting coffee has MORE caffeine in it. Is that true?
He also thinks coffee beans come un-caffeinated and the companies add the caffeine. Is that true?
Also do stronger tasting (Columbian ~VS~ Breakfast Blend) coffee’s have more caffeine in them than the regular coffee’s?
