For example, I have heard that they put preservatives in coffee sometimes. Can coffee contain any vegetable oil products (such as mono-and-diglycerides?) When I eat things with vegetable oil I am convinced I have an adverse reaction, which I think I can get to a slighter degree from drinking coffee, which is why I asked. I am convinved vegetable oil is very unhealthy.
It disgusts me that I have to ask this question.

Could liquid smoke be used to reduce smell in the air coming from coffee roasting factory in residential area? http://www.syucoffee.com/roasting-coffee/could-liquid-smoke-be-used-to-reduce-smell-in-the-air-coming-from-coffee-roasting-factory-in-residential-area/ http://www.syucoffee.com/roasting-coffee/could-liquid-smoke-be-used-to-reduce-smell-in-the-air-coming-from-coffee-roasting-factory-in-residential-area/#comments Thu, 06 May 2010 08:12:46 +0000 Admin http://www.syucoffee.com/roasting-coffee/could-liquid-smoke-be-used-to-reduce-smell-in-the-air-coming-from-coffee-roasting-factory-in-residential-area/ If so, how would this work?

If not, any other suggestions for dealing with this problem?
Liquid smoke has been used to reduce the smell in rubber plantations.
As for people not liking the smell, this is industrial coffee production from raw beans, the smell is nothing like as pleasant as the smell you get when making a cup of coffee at home.

Why do coffee beans need to be roasted? http://www.syucoffee.com/coffee-beans/why-do-coffee-beans-need-to-be-roasted/ http://www.syucoffee.com/coffee-beans/why-do-coffee-beans-need-to-be-roasted/#comments Mon, 03 May 2010 08:14:33 +0000 Admin http://www.syucoffee.com/coffee-beans/why-do-coffee-beans-need-to-be-roasted/ What does roasting do for the coffee?

I am thinking about juicing beans, to create a very strong cup of coffee, that does not have any burnt taste.

For this I believe that I should use un-roasted green coffee beans.

I have a lot of ignorance in this area though and need help and suggestions.
